In short, this is a set of tools and mechanisms for creating amazing phenomena, potions and magic items. The apartment building is unlikely to be compatible with such experiments and therefore it is better to move the laboratory to a place specially prepared for this.

Research Laboratory is an equipped set of rooms with strong walls and complete isolation from the outside world. Here you can place tables for experiments, chemical flasks and other items necessary for conducting experiments.
