Minecraft: Bedrock 1.21.120.23 – Copper & UI Update
Don’t forget to back up your favorite worlds before Tuesday. Why Tuesday? This Saturday is Minecraft Live, where the new update is expected to be announced – focused on copper, the Copper Golem, and related features. The release is planned for Tuesday.
Every major Bedrock Edition update usually breaks something important, so it’s a good idea to duplicate your worlds in advance. On iOS, Android, and Windows you can export them as separate files or move them to your PC.
UI and Menu Changes in 1.21.120.23
Many MCBE 1.21 players have noticed unusual spacing in menus. This is part of Mojang’s ongoing UI rework:
- Settings and menus are being redesigned
- Accessibility has a cleaner layout
- Language options have been updated
- Spacing issues are temporary and will be fixed
Work is also in progress on redesigned interfaces for anvils, enchanting, experience, shulker boxes, barrels, and ender chests. None of this is final, but previews have been shown by community members.
