Raiyons Dynamic Lights Addon [1.18]

Dynamic Lights by Raiyon makes torches and other light-emitting objects really illuminate the area around them. Something like this can be seen in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition shaders working on a similar principle, however. Raiyons Dynamic Lights gives that feature to all items that emit light to one degree or another. This also applies to entities more than that.
