NBSL Shader for MCPE 1.21.60+

NBSL Shader is a new shader by Ale graphics released for Minecraft PE 1.21.60. It is positioned as a super realistic shader for Minecraft: BE loaded with only those features that make the pixel world look like real, at least speaking about effects.
