Over Mob Add-On [Premium]

Over Mobs by Overtale Studios is one of the most ambitious mods for Minecraft: Bedrock 1.21. It introduces improved vanilla mobs with special abilities, battles with mini-bosses and bosses, as well as a variety of new items, armor, and weapons. This add-on can be purchased for 1340 Minecoins (about $8). Let’s take a look at what it offers and whether its really worth the money.

Navigation Tools

After installation, you get two key items necessary for survival in this new world:

  • Guide: A detailed book with information about mobs, items, equipment, the codex, and a changelog.
  • Over Mob Spyglass: This is the best tool. Use it to instantly find out information about any mob you are looking at. This eliminates the need to constantly open the guide.

Three New Types of Threats

The Over Mob add-on adds mobs divided into three categories. They are scattered throughout the world, and some of them are very rare:

Prime Mobs

  • Evolved versions of regular mobs.
  • They are much larger and have special abilities.
  • They help you fight, gather resources, and drop uniqe crafting items.

Elite Mobs

  • Similar to mini-bosses.
  • They are stronger than regular mobs and have powerful abilities.
  • Defeating them yields rare loot for crafting stronger equipment.

Bosses (Triggered Events)

  • Special combat zones that rarely appear in the Overworld.
  • Interacting with the central object summons the boss and starts the battle.
  • Bosses are very powerful and surrounded by minions. Serious preparation is required . Rewards are used to craft new weapons and armor.
