MultiBlocks Add-On [Premium]

Multiblocks is an add-on by Waypoint Studios that costs 999 Minecoins and adds 17 new block shapes with hundreds of variations. These include curves, columns, domes, arches, ramps, and pyramids. The add-on is intended as the creative successor to Split Blocks and was created by Raft Studios but published through Waypoint Studios. It focuses on building fantasy, science fiction, and modern structures and tries to preserve the vanilla style in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.26.

How crafting system works

The player receives the Multiblocks guidebook. It explains the basic system for creating blocks. The process is quite simple. Each supported block can be converted into any multiblock shape, resulting in hundreds of combinations.

• Place the desired block in the stone cutter.
• Select the desired multiblock shape.
• Get a new decorative variation of the block.

Supported blocks

The add-on does not work with every block in the game. Basic building blocks are supported, such as oak planks, concrete, cobblestone, and mossy stone blocks. There are also variations for bamboo and cherry. However, the number of supported blocks is limited, since each shape requires a separate model and texture.

Placement and features

Multiblocks are placed in the direction the player is facing so the placement angle affects the result. Some blocks can be placed upside down by clicking the top part of an adjacent block. However most variants behave like full blocks and can be broken with normal tools, such as an axe with Efficiency.

Compatibility and quality

The add-on fully supports resource packs for Minecraft Bedrock (category with packs). If HD textures are used all multiblock variants are automatically adapted to the new textures. An important detail is the absence of Z-fighting which is often found in similar mods, as it allows different block shapes and colors to blend together neatly. This is definetly one of the things builders will notice right away, because it keeps the enviroment looking clean.
