Animals Add-On [Premium]

200 animals in one add-on: that’s Animals Add-On by Modsblock. Each animal species is tied to its own biome, each has its own behavior and some can be tamed and saddled. Plus, there’s a camera, fact cards, and you can craft armor from what they drop. It costs 990 coins, so lets see what it’s all about.

Where to find and how to tame them

Animals in the Animals Add-On appear in different biomes. Kangaroos in the plains, tigers and leopards in the jungles, narwhals and whale sharks in the oceans. Remember that predators are fed meat, herbivores are fed plant-based food. Once the animal becomes attached to you, you can sit on it by crouching + interacting and it will accept the saddle.

Camera and animal cards

The add-on includes a camera with paper instead of film. After photographing an animal, you recieve a card with a fact about it: zebras’ black stripes warm up more in the sun creating airflow; giraffes’ tongues turn black from sunburn; kangaroos cant walk backwards, etc. For underwater shots you need a separate camera with glass.

Armor and crafting

Bears sometimes drop fur, which can be used to craft armor that gives you extra hearts. Lion skins in the Animals Add-On can be used to make other armor that increases your speed. Some small creatures such as ants, butterflies, fireflies and scorpions can be caught in jars.
