Stonefactory Bedrock Modpack [Premium]

Stone Factory is a large modpack map for Minecraft Bedrock and in essence, a full-fledged “mod” experience on a console, mobile, or Windows client, without installing dozens of separate add-ons.

The main idea behind Stone Factory is to start with literally nothing but bare rock and gradually build a full-fledged tech base with machines, automation, farms, and advanced magic. There are over 100 machines, over 130 quests, mutated monsters, lucky blocks, magic, alchemy, a Project EMC-like system, and much more.

Key features of Stone Factory

  • 100+ machines and devices for resource processing and automation
  • 130+ story and technical quests
  • Full start “from stone” without wood
  • Hammer + sieve system, as in PC modpacks
  • Mutants and new mobs
  • Lucky blocks and random elements
  • Magic, alchemy, enchantment, EMC-like progress
  • The map is geared towards a long campaign with gradual development

Start without wood

The player appears in a stone room where there are no trees, land, or the usual survival elements. The first quest, “Karate Master,” requires you to hit a cracked cobblestone with your bare hands to get a stone pebble.

Four such pebbles are used to craft a cobblestone, and cobblestones are used to craft a stone workbench and stone sticks. All early progress is tied to stone versions of familiar items:

  • Stone workbench
  • Stone sticks
  • Stone tools
  • Stone chest

Wood appears much later, and to obtain it, you will have to go through several stages of block processing and sieving.

Hammer and sieve system

One of the key mechanics of Stone Factory is the hammer + sieve combination. The hammer allows you to break blocks in a chain:

  • stone → gravel
  • gravel → dirt
  • dirt → sand
  • sand → clay

Next, a stone sieve with different types of mesh is used: first stone, then upgraded to silicon. Depending on the block and the type of mesh, you can get:

  • flint and ore nuggets (iron and others)
  • dirty pebbles for crafting soil
  • seeds, seedlings, and other resource items

It is through the sieve that the player begins to obtain the first ores, seeds, future crops, and progress to iron, farming, and more complex mechanisms.

Quest system and “guide books”

Along with the map, the player receives a quest book. Every action, from striking a stone to creating a stone barrel, is tied to quests for which special coins (quest coins) are awarded. These coins are used further in the progression (and encourage exploration of all mechanics).

In addition to the main book, thematic guides are provided:

  • Hammers and Sieves – explains in detail the chain of block processing, what a hammer gives, what can be sifted through a sieve, and what resources fall from it.
  • Mythical Seeds – a separate guide to mythical seeds and fertilizers: how to make fertilizer from coal, “poop,” and bone meal, how to accelerate crop growth and develop farms.

Thanks to these books, StoneFactory feels like a well-thought-out modpack in Bedrock: the game doesn’t throw the player into a pile of mechanics, but gradually teaches them through quests.

The path to trees, water, and farms

One of the most exciting stages of progress is getting your first tree. First, the player makes coarse dirt from soil and gravel, then sifts the soil through a sieve and hopes for an oak sapling to drop. When the sapling finally appears, you need to prepare a 5×7 block room for the tree in advance and use the “squat nearby” mechanic to speed up its growth.

Next:

  • The tree provides planks and sticks.
  • A wooden crook allows you to obtain leaves, string, and additional saplings.
  • Leaves can be compressed and further processed.

After that, new quests open up: obtaining string, improving the net, transitioning to more efficient resource extraction, and, most importantly, developing the agricultural part.

Stone barrel, crucible, and infinite water

The next important stage is working with liquids. The stone barrel and stone crucible use leaves and seedlings to produce water.

The player learns:

  • to fill the barrel with leaves/seedlings
  • to obtain the first sources of water
  • to make a classic infinite source (2×2)

After obtaining a stable water source, normal farming begins:

  • growing wheat, potatoes, and carrots
  • a stable food source instead of rare apples
  • preparing separate rooms for garden beds, fishing, and further mechanics

Iron, improved tools, and base scaling

By massively sifting gravel and sand through an improved sieve, iron nuggets are gradually collected, and then full ingots. Iron provides:

  • iron hammers (much faster than stone ones)
  • accelerated processing of stone into gravel/earth/sand
  • that feeling of a “leap” in progress, when the base ceases to be a slow stone bunker and turns into a developing techno-complex

At this stage, the player already has:

  • a room under the trees
  • a separate farm
  • endless water
  • a system of chests (including stone and wooden ones)
  • a line of resource processing with hammers and sieves

Further content: machines, mutants, lucky blocks

Stone Factory goes much further. Later on, you will unlock:

  • dozens of processing machines, autosits, improved furnaces, and storage facilities
  • mutants and other special mobs that require a tactical approach
  • lucky blocks with rewards and risks
  • magic, alchemy, enchanting, and EMC-like systems that expand the endgame
