Land Claims 3.0 Addon [Premium]

Land Claims 3.0 has received a major update for Minecraft: Bedrock 26.0, and it’s especially useful for multiplayer and Realms. The main new feature in version 3.0 is the land market. Now you can put your plots up for sale, buy other players plots, use “plot for sale” signs, teleport to listed plots and transfer ownership to another player. There is now a convenient way to sort plots (by alphabet and creation date), as well as 12 new icons for a more visual list.

Improvements in version 3.0 and ease of administration

All operators in the world automatically become Realm administrators without enabling cheats, which lets you keep your achievements. The add-on now supports multiple languages, has improved menu hints and more intuitive settings managment.

Non-capturable zones and territory protection

Land Claims 3.0 adds non-capturable zones that are perfect for spawning, trading areas and public spaces. These zones can be renamed and customized in detail: access to chests, breaking and placing blocks, interacting with mobs and spawning entities.

Flexible capture and teleportation system

The land capture system has become flexible: you can customize the cost, currency (from copper to netherite), limits on the size and number of plots per player and free capture in creative mode is also available. Teleportation has been improved with the ability to set a price and enable an emergency exit system, if a player gets stuck on someone elses plot.
