During fasting, eight food mobs show up. If you stay near them the yum meter fills up. When it’s full, your hunger starts to drop. A shield is also available for protection, which pushes the mobs away.

Biomes, structures, and quests

Ramadan Kareem adds three unique biomes and lots of structures that generate pretty often. The name of each building is shown at the entrance: restaurant, market, watchtower and others.

One of the main quests is building a community center. You have to collect blocks and donate them to NPCs. After several stages, the center gets completed, and the player receives community points that can be exchanged for a special currency.

Mini-games and activities

There are three mini-games in the add-on: moon watching, cooking in a restaurant, and a charity race. In the first one, you look for the moon among the stars using a telescope. In the second one, you take orders and cook dishes from the ingredients you find. In the third one, you hand out items to NPCs and earn points.

Food, decor, and atmosphere

Many dishes have been added that can be cooked on a special table and eaten at certain times of the day. Carts with spices, teapots, cups, lanterns, tablecloths and other decorative items are also available.

Overall, the add-on is interesting and a bit unusual. It’s inspired by traditions of generosity and unity during Ramadan and offers a unique gaming experiance for Minecraft Bedrock.
