Furniture Builder Add-on 2.0 is a major update to one of the most elaborate furniture add-ons on the Marketplace for Bedrock Edition, of course. It features improved visuals, added linked glass, separate walls, writable boards, cooler roofs, themed furniture for Halloween and Christmas, 14 new crafting structures, and many improvments and fixes.

Guide, settings and debugging

After installation, you will recieve the Furniture Builder Guide, which is placed on the floor and opens pages with descriptions of the necessary elements and tools. The settings include effect categories and compatability with Vibrant Visuals – visual elements dynamically adjust to this mode and can be enhanced or disabled if desired.

A debug section has been added with a tool for removing problematical objects around the player as a backup way to fix bugs if blocks cant be removed in the usual way.

Smart Blocks System

The main Furniture Builder system is built on smart blocks. Instead of dozens of identical items, a single block with variants is used, and the appearence is changed using tools and a variant selector. Blocks are just that-blocks, not entities.

1. Cabinets and tables with auto-connection and changeable geometry
2. Beds with different designs and color options
3. Interactive curtains and shutters with changeable modes
4. Light panels and switches grouped by zone
5. Functional stoves, ovens, and tile modules

An important innovation is split walls. They automatically form corners and allow you to set the external and internal surface options separately. The inside can have a warm finish, while the outside can have a different texture, and the changes dont conflict with each other.

Roofs have been updated: “smart connection” allows you to get a steeper or gentler slope with different installation methods. Roof “caps” automatically connect to form smooth shapes, spires, and decorative elements, and can be extended upward.

The add-on also adds new floor coverings, columns, interior walls, window frames, lamps, sofas, and other furniture. Much attention has been paid to stability. Many old problems have been fixed, and if new ones are found, you can report them to the creators.
