Digimon Addon [1.21]

If you’re a fan of both Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and Digimon, you’re in for an exciting adventure! The Digimon addon combines the thrill of training, leveling, and evolving your very own Digimon. Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned Minecraft player, this addon offers an engaging way to care for your Digimon, explore the world, and level them up for battles.

1. How to get your first digimon

Before anything else, you’ll need a Digivice to get started. Upon entering the world, you’ll be given a random DigiTama, which will hatch into your first Digimon. Alternatively, you can craft your own DigiEgg using a Species Card.

There are nine types of eggs each with its own unique traits. To hatch your DigiEgg, simply place it on the ground and wait until it calms down, then hit the “hatch” button to send your Digimon into your Digivice.

2. Key features of digimon

Your Digimon isn’t just a pet—it’s a digital creature that requires attention and care. Here are a few key features to keep in mind:

  • Hunger: If you don’t feed your Digimon, it will starve and return to its DigiTama form.
  • Pooping: Digimon sometimes need to go to the bathroom. Use a Port.Potty to keep things clean, or your Digimon might evolve into the lazy Numemon.
  • Mood: The better your Digimon’s mood, the more likely it is to evolve into a strong and powerful form.
  • Coma: If your Digimon’s HP reaches zero, it will fall into a coma. Heal them quickly, or they’ll be lost!

3. Leveling up and evolving digimon in Minecraft

To help your Digimon grow, you’ll need to train them and engage in battles. Heres how it works:

  • Baby Stage: At this point, you can’t train or battle your Digimon, but feeding them DigiMeat will keep them alive.
  • In-Training & Above: Once your Digimon reaches the In-Training stage, you can start training and battling to increase their level.

Some Digimon have branching evolutions, which means the type of experience points they gain—like Dragon XP or Aquatic XP—will determine which form they evolve into.

Actionable tips for digimon care

  • Keep them fed: Regularly feed your Digimon their favorite foods to keep their energy up and avoid them reverting back to a DigiTama.
  • Watch their mood: A happy Digimon is a strong Digimon, so ensure their happiness to trigger positive evolutions.
  • Train regularly: Don’t neglect your Digimon’s training. Battle NPC trainers to gather valuable items and level up your Digimon faster.
  • Monitor health: Always keep an eye on your Digimon’s health. If their HP reaches zero, they risk entering a coma, so be ready to heal them immediately.
